So you see, we really do have a desktop jacuzzi. The insurers aren’t happy about it, but there it is, looking out onto the Channel.
Sharp-eyed Tinman spotted yesterday’s observation that I was off to a seaside cottage with a jacuzzi on the desk. A jacuzzi on the deck now sounds unutterably dull.
It is Sunday and I shall probably write something worthwhile later, but I have not forgotten my promise to Nancy and Tilly to hark back to some old posts. I believe it’s called the Seven Links Challenge and my initial response to Nancy was to cite seven favourite posts from others, because you’re all so darned interesting.
Nevertheless, I am a Shrewsday of honour. Here are seven posts which will keep you reading for a jolly long while, should you wish to accept the mission.
Didn’t get the attention it deserved
ControversialΒ (well, not very. The iceberg one was the only one which has come anywhere near controversial!!)
good for you, leaving us a lot to read about while you relax in the sun
π British seasides are less relaxing, more bracing, Sidey…but sandcastles must be constructed and small children partially buried, so off I go…
Have fun constructing castles and burying the children . . . to the neck only, please. π
Thanks for playing along. I’m going to have a peek at each! π
The bandit rubber duckies got me.
Reservoir Ducks π
Way to go, Kate…I’m impressed that you managed this on your holiday! I hope you’re relaxing with your feet up now π
Thanks Naomi. I’m doing my best π
